Service Description

The AI Trading Assistant is a platform that automates trading based on strategies that users create and approve. The platform may submit orders to exchanges using API keys you provide.

User Responsibility and Strategy Automation

You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for the strategies you create and approve.
• The bot only executes strategies that you have explicitly approved; it does not create strategies on its own.
• The bot may execute your approved strategies even when you are not actively online, and those executions can result in gains or losses.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee profits or that the system will be error-free. We are not responsible for losses caused by market conditions, exchange outages, latency, or your strategy definitions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company disclaims all liability for any losses arising from use of the service.

Payments

Subscription payments and fees are handled via the configured payment provider. Refunds and billing inquiries follow the payment provider's policies unless otherwise stated.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates.
